Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned travel date. This is a common requirement for international travel and may be checked upon entry.

We highly recommend reserving your flight and lodgings as soon as possible to guarantee best price and availability.

Shuttles will be provided to and from our recommended hotels. Information on pick-up and drop-off points as well as timing will be provided as we get closer to the date.

June temperatures are variable. To ensure your comfort, prepare for hot days, cooler evenings, lawns, gravel paths and cobbled streets! We will provide parasols, water and everything you need to stay cool and relaxed.

Most of the festivities will take place outdoors on cobbles, grass or gravel, so we recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable on uneven surfaces. If you plan to wear heels, opt for block or chunky styles for better comfort and stability. There will be cloakrooms at each event should you wish to bring options.

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so grateful to celebrate with you.

We adore your children and would love to celebrate them however due to space and terrain these are adult only events.

If you’d like to freely explore the beautiful surroundings, car hire would be preferable. Roads are generally very good with the ‘superstrada’ from Rome to Grosetto and onwards to Northern Tuscany. You may encounter some smaller roads on your travels - just take it slow!
